We need an English-fluent Reporting Analyst, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various databases.
- Design, build, and customize reporting dashboards using tools like Metabase and Superset.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective dashboards.
- Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of data presented in reporting dashboards.
- Communicate complex data findings clearly to internal and customer-facing stakeholders to foster data-driven decision-making.
- Stay updated with industry trends in data analysis and visualization to improve the platform’s capabilities.
- Participate in training sessions and shadowing opportunities to learn effective navigation and interpretation of reporting dashboards.
- Utilize billions of data points to generate ad hoc and automated reports for automotive dealer groups.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a data analytics or product analyst role.
- Proficient in SQL with a strong desire to write queries and optimize database performance.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Metabase and Superset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Windows, Excel, Word).
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and PostgreSQL is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a passion for learning and professional development.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $900 - $1,100 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
