584 - Lead Generator

We need an English-fluent Lead Generator, based in Costa Rica. 

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Are you the one we are looking for?

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls using the phone system.
  • Record call dispositions and make detailed notes after every call attempt.
  • Performance: Maintain a minimum of 4 hours of talk time or 350 outbound calls daily.
  • Performance: Achieve a minimum of 10 transfers per day or 200 transfers per month.
  • Complete call lists provided by your manager on a daily basis.
  • Answer, transfer, and redirect incoming data calls effectively.
  • Handle inbound data leads while actively making outbound calls.
  • Follow established processes (such as Sweet Process) before seeking support from management.
  • Update the Premier tracker in real time to track progress and performance.
  • Participate in monthly meetings to review performance metrics, set goals, recognize achievements, and address any questions or concerns.
  • Maintain a positive and self-motivated attitude in a dynamic work environment.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in telemarketing or a similar role.
  • Must be located in Costa Rica.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage prospects over the phone.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

Compensation and additional information:

  • The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $700 - $1,200 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
  • The training will be on site, and the client may request on-site work a few times.
  • The contract will be of 3 months, with the possibility of extending it based on performance.
  • This position is for an independent contractor through a payroll platform.
  • The commission structure will be discussed directly with the client after the initial interviews. 
  • The main goals expected from this role are:  
    • Performance: Maintain a minimum of 4 hours of talk time or 350 outbound calls daily.
    • Performance: Achieve a minimum of 10 transfers per day or 200 transfers per month.

Here are the steps for this process:
