575 - 3D Modellor

We need an English-fluent 3D Modellor, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 3D models of architectural structures, interiors, and landscapes using 3D Max software.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Interpret 2D drawings, blueprints, and sketches to develop accurate 3D models.
• Ensure that all models adhere to project specifications, deadlines, and quality standards.
• Optimize models for performance and render efficiency.
• Provide regular progress updates and participate in project meetings as required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to 3D modeling or rendering processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of professional experience in 3D Max modeling for architectural visualization projects.
• Proficiency in other relevant software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit is a plus.
• MUST HAVE a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating realistic and detailed architectural 3D models and 3D Motion/Animation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Extensive and demonstrated knowledge of architectural, product and/or retail renderings.
• A keen eye for visual communications and an interest in photography.
• Ability to manage time effectively, often working on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and communicate effectively within a broader creative team.
• High level organizational skills. 
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to interpret a brief accurately and add artistic flare.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
• Willing to upskill in areas beyond current expertise.
