507 - Fullstack Developer

We need an English-fluent Fullstack Developer, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the design and implementation of a React-based front-end web application and assist on the development of backend projects.
• Work directly with our UX team to develop creative solutions to complex supply-chain problems and plan implementation of new features.
• Ensure compliance with our SDLC; ensure best practices are being followed as much as possible for secure coding and a robust testing environment. 
• Work directly with our clients to identify and implement creative solutions to complex technical problems involving traceability in global supply chains.
• Work as part of a cross-functional team using Agile methodologies to rapidly deploy new technologies. 
• Ask questions, take risks and champion new ideas. 

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience designing and implementing front-ends for API-driven web applications using React (with typescript preferred). 
• 3+ years of experience designing and implementing back-ends for API-driven web applications using .NET.
• Experience with Relational databases (PostgresSQL preferred) 
• Experience implementing design frameworks such as React Material or Ant Design.
• Experience with development for cloud platforms, especially Azure.
• Experience with Git and GitHub in a team environment, including code reviews.
• Experience with CI/CD and related DevOps patterns. 
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and collaborative environment. 
• Continued learning and research into emerging technologies, trends, and patterns relevant to backend development.
• Professional written and interpersonal skills when communicating with customers.
• Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, Scrum, and related software (such as Azure DevOps).
• Experience writing e2e tests (Selenium preferred). 
• Knowledge and experience in creating unit tests and integration tests.
• Experience with and ability to implement secure coding practices. 
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting, including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications. 
• Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model to regularly deliver design solutions for approval.
• Open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
