Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to join our team. As a Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in the product development process, from conceptualization to implementation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create user-centric designs that meet both user needs and business goals.
- Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Translate user insights and business requirements into intuitive and visually appealing design concepts.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas and interactions.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure the feasibility of design solutions and provide support during the implementation phase.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders, usability testing, and data analysis.
- Maintain design consistency and standards across products and platforms.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in design and user experience.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in product design, UI/UX design, or a related role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including web and mobile applications.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Additional Information
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field, OR equivalent experience.
